What is the the advantage of buying a web template instead of a custom design?
There are mainly two significant advantages, less money and less time. You get a high quality design at a very low rate compared to the price for custom design, and you can usually receive your template within 24 hours or less after purchase.
What do I get when I buy a template?
This depends on the template. Please make sure you read which files are included and what software is required before you purchase. ALL templates contain all original development files, which means if you have the correct software you will have access to all aspects of the design.
Are there any restrictions regarding what I can do with my template?
You may not buy our templates and then sell them as your own templates. This includes both modified and unmodified versions of our products.
The templates are to be used to build websites. You can use a template to build a website for yourself or on behalf of a client of yours.
Each template is allowed for one project. If you want to build a second site using the same template, you should buy it again.
Are there any extra fees after I buy the template?
No, the price stated for each template is the final price. Nothing more is needed. Of course, there might be extra fees if you want template editing help and so on, but the prices are for the files themselves.
Can I subscribe by paying an annual fee and download all your templates?
No, we do not offer membership, only individual sales of individual products. We have several hundred templates available and it's not feasible for us to offer an annual rate. Perhaps someday!
Is there a return policy?
We offer electronic goods. This means the merchandize cannot be returned and refunds are not accepted. We do not offer free trials either. If there is a problem with receiving a file, or damage has been done somehow during download, we can offer a new file.
Remember that it is your responsibility to know what software you need before you buy a template. We will provide free support for basic editing and if you need help with more advanced editing we can provide that for a fee.
I have paid for, but have not received my download.
We manually approve all orders which means you will not get a download link directly after your purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, please reply to the order confirmation email you received after you completed your purchase. It will be resolved quickly.

Yes, please and tell us which template you bought and which email was used for the purchase. We can look at our records and send a new link.
When I try to open the flash FLA file, I get an error "Unexpected file format".
This is because your Flash software is older than the version the FLA file is saved in. to get help re-saving your file.
Can flash templates be edited in Swish?
No, only in Macromedia's Flash software.
Can I change the images in your templates for my own?
Yes, you may do that. You paid for the images.
